A legacy of dedication

Richard G. Henrickson's journey in Florida began in 1962, at just 17 years of age, when he got right to work at a busy gas station in Orange City.  By 18, he was operating his own tree service, and  by 19, he was working construction in the Florida sun, building lots of houses!   In 1976, he became a licensed building contractor.  Living most his life in west Volusia County, he especially enjoyed designing and building his own commercial rental building in 2006 at 101 Heavensgate Rd, which he and his partner, Tom Macherione, watch over with pride!  Henric-Mac Properties, LLC embodies this spirit of dedication and commitment to quality.

Meet the family behind the properties

Our team, largely family, is at the heart of Henric-Mac Properties. Richard G. Henrickson, our founder, continues as the building contractor and owner. Thomas Macherione serves as Vice President and foreman for our concrete operations. Julie Grover, Richard's daughter,  handles office management and all administrative tasks. Todd Swann, a recent and valuable addition, manages tenant leasing. Together, we welcome you to join us in our lovely central Florida setting for "another day in paradise!"
